Providing branding and a website that retains the history behind this prestigious housing development
High Oakham Park is an exclusive development of twenty-two luxury homes set in a beautiful and unique woodland setting.
High Oakham Park wanted a brand that would retain the history of this exclusive site while giving it a modern twist that would attract potential buyers. Please note: the website for this project is no longer online as the development has now all been sold.
Colour & Design
Part of the development included a house built by the Third Duke of Portland in the 1750s which was to be converted into 6 luxury homes. Around early 1800 the home and land were gifted by the duke to the military, predominantly the 17th Lancers Mounted Cavalry. We incorporated some of this history into the designs by creating a coat of arms which included some iconography used on the building itself. Oak leaves were included in the coat of arms to represent the location of the development.
This coat of arms would also be used on parts of the new development itself again linking back to the site’s history. We used black gold and cream as our primary colour palate to give the designs that exclusive touch while grounding them in High Oakparks modern sensibilities.
The Finishing Touches
Full Phat Design provided photography of the woodland and 21-acre site that the converted homes and newly built homes would sit on. We also captured drone footage to be used alongside this photography on the High Oakham Park website.
Extra touches to the printed materials such as soft touch lamination and gold foiling applied by hand were utilised to really bring home the next level luxury feel of this project.
