A little bit about Smith & Co Estates and the branding project
Smith & Co Estates is an independent Nottinghamshire-based estate agency specialising in unique and premium homes. Smith & Co approached us with the task of branding the company to appeal to their clients whilst sticking to a strict colour palette.
This brand embodies quality and heritage and gives the company the professional look it requires to be carried through onto the company’s future marketing materials in print and online.
Colours
The colour scheme for this project was predefined by the company’s original shop front which was housed within a listed building, this required the use of a certain colour palette to adhere to local building regulations, using the Dulux Heritage Colour Range the palette was decided and work began on creating a small batch of concepts.
Once the logo was chosen from the three concepts provided work began on the company’s stationery which consisted of some high-quality 450gsm business cards for each employee, double sided compliments slips and letterheads for the sales and lettings sides of the business.
Other printed items we created artwork for were the sales and lettings boards on display throughout the midlands and larger signs for new build sites the company were involved in marketing.
